Elders (Pastoral Team)

When they had appointed elders for them in every church, having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed. (Acts 14:23)

Even today, elders fulfill a very important role in the Body of Christ as members of the pastoral team. Our elders may serve in different capacities as needed in the congregation. However, they are also an active part of the pastoral team as they work together with our senior pastor as the Holy Spirit guides them.

We adopt a process of selection and ordination of our elders that holds them to the highest standards of ethics, doctrine and personal behavior. We look for the presence and the clear work of the Holy Spirit in their lives and ministry, as well as for the confirmation of the church.
