Christian Mediation and
Conflict Resolution

Our Ministries

Promoting reconciliation and peace in Christ

To help promote peace and reconciliation between individuals and in our community through the application of the peacemaking teachings of the Holy Bible. To offer Christian mediation in order to empower the parties of a conflict to find their best solution to their problem without the need to recur to expensive and damaging litigation.

From the first to the last page of the Bible you may find references, examples, principles and teachings related to conflict. In it, we find candidly reflected our human struggle with inner turmoil, interpersonal conflict and even community and international conflict. Perhaps there is no subject about which Scripture teaches more. Interpersonal conflict is a direct result of the human choice to follow our own ways, rejecting the teachings and the way of peace offered by God.

Conflict has produced great suffering and damage and it is extremely costly, not only monetarily, but also in terms of broken relationships, heartaches, and alienation. When couples litigate, often the children become unwilling spectators, suffering the harshest consequences and carrying the marks and the pain of conflict into their adult lives. You only need to look at the soaring costs of insurance to find the social-economic impact that conflict has in our communities. Not one of us, in fact, is immune to it. We all experience it, in one way or another, and the way we respond to it and manage it will make a profound difference, for better or for worse.

But there are solutions to conflict. In fact, in and by itself conflict does not even have to be regarded as an enemy. It can bring to the surface precious insight and even strengthen relationships. It all depends on the way it is handled and managed. Our Christian mediation and conflict resolution ministries offer what many have defined as a new way to look at conflict, a constructive and empowering way, through the wisdom of the One who is rightly called, in Scripture, the Prince of Peace.
