What the Bible Says About Speaking in Tongues
Some churches emphasize the practice of speaking in tongues. They teach that every Christian should speak in tongues as evidence of receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Other churches allow the practice of speaking in tongues, but do not encourage it. Still other churches forbid their members from speaking in tongues. What does the Bible say?

Prayer may be defined in several ways, but its simplest meaning is that of communication or dialogue with God. It is our direct line to God: never a busy signal.

We do a lot of trusting every day. So, why is it some find it so difficult to trust in God? Is it because He is invisible? Because we cannot control Him? We can let God be God, even if we don't understand everything.
Words are like seeds we plant everyday, and they can be good seeds or infesting weeds. They can be a healing balm or a caustic drop. But most importantly, they speak of Jesus in us, for good or bad.
