GOD’S GRACE |
God's grace is the free, unmerited favor God has chosen to bestow on his entire creation.
In its broadest sense, God's grace is expressed in every act of his self-
Col. 1:20
And through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, having made peace through the blood of His cross; through Him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.
1 John 2:1-
My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; 2and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.
Romans 8:19-
For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. 20For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope 21that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.
Romans 3:24
Being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus;
Romans 5:2
Through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.
Romans 5:15-
But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many. 16The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one transgression resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions resulting in justification. 17For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:21
So that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace would reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
John 1:12
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,
Ephes. 2:8-
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Titus 3:7
So that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
